Just moments way from Chiswick House & Garden this elegant Edwardian property had been untouched for decades, and it was now ready for a transformation.
 
The brief included a ground floor kitchen extension to the side and rear, along with a discreet toilet, a utility room, and a generous terrace leading into a particularly long garden. For the loft, a large double bedroom overlooking the garden dominates the scene, while a dedicated study and a shower room matched the Client's requirements. The existing shower room on the first floor was also renovated.

Finishes included wooden floors running throughout the house, marble tiles and a muted colour palette overall. In contrast, the kitchen displays subtle sage green units and a nature-themed wallpaper.
